Formation of Contract
A contract for course participation is concluded once the customer books and pays for the course online and we confirm both the booking and payment by email or other suitable means.
Seat Reservation
The final seat reservation (or activation for online classes) is only secured once the fee due at the time of booking (e.g., the first installment if paying in installments, or the total amount if paying in full) has been received in our account.
If the course becomes fully booked before the customer has paid the required fee, no claim to participate in that course exists. The customer will only be offered the next available course date instead.
By booking, the customer undertakes to pay the full course fee. Whether this is done in one lump sum or (for example) in four installments is up to the customer. However, if the due installment (or total amount) is not paid on time, the seat reservation is not guaranteed.
Installment Payments
If installment payments are agreed, subsequent installments are due on the specified dates. If an installment is not paid on time, the participant may be excluded from classes.
Right to Participate
The right to participate in the booked course only exists once the respective installment(s) or the total amount has been credited to our account (the date of actual receipt of payment is decisive, not the date of transfer).
Payment Deadlines
Unless otherwise agreed, the first installment (or the entire course fee if paying in full) is due no later than 14 days after online booking.
Different payment arrangements may apply for special programs (e.g., Studienkolleg preparation courses).
Exclusion for Non-Payment
If a due payment is not made on time, the participant may be excluded from lessons. Any fees for services already used are non-refundable.
Legal Action in Case of Refusal to Pay
If, after the course has started and once any statutory withdrawal period has expired, the customer refuses to pay any further amounts owed (e.g., during a multi-month course with installments), GLAIS explicitly reserves the right to legally enforce the total due amount. Any costs for dunning procedures or legal disputes will be borne by the defaulting customer according to statutory provisions.
Cancellation Before Course Start
The customer may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course (except for Studienkolleg courses). If the cancellation is made on time, any fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Early Withdrawal / Non-Attendance
Once the first lesson has begun, withdrawal from the purchase is no longer possible.
Even with installment payments, all future installments remain owed.
There is no refund if the participant does not attend classes or discontinues the course.
Visa Exception
If a visa is not granted (visa refusal) or a residence permit is not extended through no fault of the participant, the customer may request a partial refund of the course fees for the portion of the booking period that is no longer covered by the visa, upon presenting an official notice of refusal from the embassy or immigration authority.
An administrative fee of 200$ will be retained.
Other personal reasons (e.g., illness, private matters) do not fall under this special arrangement.
Binding Course Times
The booked period is binding for the participant.
No Right to Replacement
In the event of interruption or early withdrawal by the participant, there is no right to extend the course, receive credit, or a refund.
Missed exam dates cannot be rescheduled free of charge.
Language Certificate (GER Standard)
At the end of the course, GLAIS can issue a language certificate based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which is equally rigorous compared to other providers (e.g., Goethe, TELC).
It is the participant’s own responsibility to verify whether this certificate is recognized for their specific purposes.
Force Majeure
GLAIS assumes no liability for class cancellations due to force majeure.
Public Holidays / School Breaks
No classes are held on public or locally recognized holidays. There is no right to substitute hours or refunds.
Teacher Illness
If an instructor falls ill, GLAIS will make every effort to find a substitute teacher as quickly as possible or make up for the missed lessons at a later date.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, GLAIS is not liable for personal injury or property damage.
Participant’s Liability
Participants are liable for any damages they cause.
Online Classes
GLAIS is not liable for technical problems within the participant’s area of responsibility (e.g., insufficient internet bandwidth).
If GLAIS-related technical disruptions occur, missed lessons will be rescheduled or otherwise compensated as soon as possible.
Course bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to other individuals unless GLAIS has given explicit written consent to a rebooking.
Hardware & Software
The participant is responsible for having suitable devices (PC, laptop, tablet) and a stable internet connection.
Video Platforms
Classes may be conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms. If a platform becomes temporarily unavailable, GLAIS will endeavor to provide the fastest possible alternative.
Place of Jurisdiction
To the extent legally permissible, the seat of GLAIS (Dubai, UAE) shall be the place of jurisdiction.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected.

Consent
By booking, the participant acknowledges and, where required, consents to the data processing described.
Eligibility
The Partner Program is available to registered companies and influencers worldwide, with no geographical restrictions.
Program Types
We offer two partner programs:
Reseller Program: Partners purchase products at a discount of 10% to 20% depending on monthly sales and resell them.
Discount Program: Partners share a discount code with their customers. GLAIS tracks the sales made using this code and pays a commission of at least 15% of the product’s original price.
Commission and Payments
Commissions are paid monthly based on actual payments received. No commission is paid for incomplete or canceled purchases. A detailed customer overview is provided to each partner for verification.
Responsibilities
Reseller Program: Partners determine the resale price but must follow GLAIS’s guidelines for selling.
Discount Program: Partners can only use marketing materials provided by GLAIS, and must adhere to usage guidelines.
Partners must always mention GLAIS – The German Language Academy when promoting products. The use of our name and logo requires prior written approval.
Termination
Both GLAIS and the partner can terminate the partnership at any time and without a reason with immediate effect. Any pending commission will be paid after termination.
Commission Payment
Commissions are paid monthly, based on confirmed and non-canceled payments. If a customer cancels or requests a refund, no commission will be paid.
Transaction Fees
The partner is responsible for any transaction fees imposed by banks or payment processors. Partners also have the option to credit their account with GLAIS for future purchases.
Taxes
Partners are solely responsible for their tax obligations in their country of operation. GLAIS will issue invoices in accordance with the UAE tax regulations, but we do not offer tax advice.
Marketing Materials
Discount Program: Partners can only use the materials and content provided by GLAIS.
Reseller Program: Partners can create their own marketing content but must identify themselves as an official reseller of GLAIS and use the approved logo. Any use of GLAIS branding requires prior written approval from us.
Liability
Partners are fully responsible for their interactions with customers. GLAIS is only liable for issues under our direct control, such as course cancellations. Partners handle any customer claims regarding sales.
For Discount Program partners, the commission is 20% or more of the original product price for every purchase made using the partner’s code. Transaction fees are the partner’s responsibility, but they can choose to hold credits with GLAIS for future transactions.
Either party can terminate the partnership at any time, with immediate effect. Any outstanding commissions will be paid post-termination. Partners are not entitled to commissions for sales that occur after the termination date.
The following provisions supplement Sections 1–12 of these Terms & Conditions. The general Terms & Conditions remain fully in force; in case of conflict, these additional terms prevail.
Purpose of the Program
The Studienkolleg courses offered by GLAIS & Bonnlingua prepare students for the external Feststellungsprüfung (FSP) administered by the Cologne Regional Council. In the M, T, G, S, and W tracks, students are taught the subjects relevant to their chosen focus, in accordance with the Cologne Regional Council’s curriculum. GLAIS & Bonnlingua provides instructional services only; successful passage of the FSP cannot be guaranteed.
Duration
The full program typically runs for 38 weeks, with an average of 28 lessons per week (45 minutes each). External factors (e.g. instructor absences) may occur, but the total number of lessons will not be reduced. Public holidays and Rosenmontag within the booked period are not credited with replacement lessons.
GLAIS & Bonnlingua’s Obligations
Deliver instruction according to the official Cologne Regional Council syllabus, providing qualified substitutes in case of teacher absence. Learning outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Provide suitable classrooms and facilities.
Supply all necessary learning materials; students must purchase any required books themselves.
Student Obligations
Participants must attend classes regularly, diligently work to acquire the required knowledge and skills, complete assigned tasks conscientiously, and actively contribute to their own success.
Admission Requirements
The following documents must be submitted with the application:
Proof of German proficiency at telc B2 level
Copy of passport
Certified translation of secondary school diploma (Abitur)
Curriculum vitae
Only complete applications with all required documents will be accepted. Admission to the external FSP is decided solely by the examination authority. Bonnlingua’s language institute makes no guarantee of FSP admission; timely registration for the exam is the student’s responsibility. Some authorities may require additional qualifications during the Studienkolleg year; fulfilling these is also the student’s responsibility. Providing false information may result in immediate expulsion.
Cancellation / Withdrawal
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Additional documentation (e.g. embassy refusal letter) may be required. Cancellations made more than four weeks before the course start incur a fee of USD 650. Cancellations within four weeks of start or after the course begins are non-refundable.
Expulsion for Misconduct
GLAIS & Bonnlingua reserve the right to terminate the contract and expel any student who:
Violates German law or egregiously breaches ethical standards
Disseminates discriminatory or extremist content
Threatens or commits violence against others or institute property
Repeatedly disrupts classes
Late arrival counts as the full 45-minute lesson missed.
Non-Payment of Fees:
If fees are unpaid by the agreed deadlines, GLAIS LLC & Bonnlingua will issue two reminders, each allowing a two-week payment window. Continued non-payment enables us to initiate legal action, potentially incurring significant additional costs for the student.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GLAIS Language Training LLC at info@glais-edu.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Any bank fees are to be borne by you. This contract is governed by German law and is binding on both parties once the booking is complete.
Governing Law
This contract is governed by the United Arab Emirates law and is binding on both parties once booked.
Severability Clause
Severability Clause
If any provision of this contract is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Vertragsschluss
Ein Vertrag über die Kursteilnahme kommt zustande, sobald der Kunde den Kurs online bucht, zahlt und wir diese Buchung, – sowie Zahlungsbestätigung per E-Mail oder in anderer geeigneter Form bestätigen.
Platzreservierung
Die endgültige Platzreservierung (bzw. Freischaltung für den Online-Unterricht) erfolgt erst, wenn die zum Buchungszeitpunkt fällige Gebühr (z. B. erste Rate bei Ratenzahlung oder Gesamtbetrag bei Einmalzahlung) nachweislich auf unserem Konto eingegangen ist.
Sollte der Kurs bereits voll sein, bevor der Kunde die fällige Gebühr entrichtet, besteht kein Anspruch mehr auf Teilnahme an diesem Kurs. Der Kunde hat dann lediglich die Option, am nächstmöglichen Kurstermin teilzunehmen.
Der Kunde verpflichtet sich mit der Buchung zur vollständigen Zahlung des Kursbetrags. Ob er den Gesamtbetrag sofort oder in (z. B.) vier Raten zahlt, bleibt ihm überlassen. Erfolgt jedoch keine fristgerechte Zahlung der fälligen Rate (bzw. des Gesamtbetrags), ist die Platzreservierung nicht gesichert.
Ratenzahlung
Werden Ratenzahlungstermine vereinbart, sind die weiteren Raten zu den festgelegten Fälligkeiten zu zahlen. Erfolgt eine Rate nicht rechtzeitig, kann der Kunde vom Unterricht ausgeschlossen werden.
Leistungsanspruch
Der Anspruch auf Teilnahme am gebuchten Kurs besteht nur, wenn die jeweils fällige(n) Rate(n) oder der Gesamtbetrag nachweislich auf unserem Konto eingegangen sind (maßgeblich ist der Zahlungseingang, nicht das Überweisungsdatum).
Zahlungsfristen
Die erste Rate (oder der komplette Betrag bei Einmalzahlung) ist – sofern nichts anderes vereinbart – spätestens 14 Tage nach der Online-Buchung fällig.
Für Studienkolleg-Vorbereitungskurse oder andere Sonderprogramme können abweichende Zahlungsbedingungen gelten.
Ausschluss bei Nichtzahlung
Wird eine fällige Zahlung nicht rechtzeitig geleistet, kann der Teilnehmer vom Unterricht ausgeschlossen werden. Eine Rückerstattung bereits in Anspruch genommener Leistungen erfolgt nicht.
Rechtliche Schritte bei Zahlungsverweigerung
Weigert sich der Kunde nach Kursbeginn und nach Ablauf etwaiger gesetzlicher Widerrufsfristen, die weiterhin geschuldeten Beträge zu zahlen (z. B. bei einem mehrmonatigen Kurs mit Ratenzahlung), behält sich GLAIS ausdrücklich vor, den Gesamtbetrag gerichtlich einzufordern. Eventuelle Kosten für Mahnverfahren oder Rechtsstreitigkeiten trägt der säumige Kunde gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
Stornierung vor Kursbeginn
Der Kunde kann bis spätestens 7 Tage vor Kursbeginn kostenfrei stornieren (ausgenommen Studienkolleg-Kurse). Erfolgt die Stornierung rechtzeitig, werden bereits gezahlte Kursgebühren vollständig zurückerstattet.
Vorzeitiger Abbruch / Nichtteilnahme
Nach Beginn der ersten Unterrichtsstunde ist ein Rücktritt vom Kauf ausgeschlossen.
Auch bei Ratenzahlung sind alle zukünftigen Raten weiterhin geschuldet.
Bei Nichtteilnahme oder Abbruch des Kurses besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückzahlung.
Sonderfall Visum
Wird ein Visum nicht erteilt (Visum-Ablehnung) oder eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung nicht verlängert ohne eigenes Verschulden, kann der Kunde gegen Vorlage eines offiziellen Ablehnungsbescheids eine Rückerstattung der anteiligen Kursgebühren erhalten.
Eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 200$ wird in diesem Fall einbehalten.
Andere persönliche Gründe (z. B. Krankheit, private Gründe) sind von dieser Sonderregelung ausgenommen.
Verbindliche Kurszeiten
Der gebuchte Zeitraum gilt als verbindlich.
Kein Anspruch auf Ersatz
Bei Unterbrechung oder Abbruch durch den Schüler besteht kein Anspruch auf Verlängerung, Gutschrift oder Rückerstattung.
Versäumte Klausurtermine können nicht unentgeltlich nachgeholt werden.
Sprachzertifikat (GER-Standard)
Am Kursende kann GLAIS oder BonnLingua ein Sprachzertifikat nach dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen (GER) ausstellen, das inhaltlich ebenso anspruchsvoll wie z. B. ein Goethe- oder TELC-Zertifikat ist.
Der Schüler ist selbst dafür verantwortlich, abzuklären, ob dieses Zertifikat für seine Zwecke anerkannt wird.
Höhere Gewalt
GLAIS haftet nicht für Unterrichtsausfall durch höhere Gewalt.
Feiertage / Betriebsferien
An gesetzlichen oder lokal festgelegten Feiertagen findet kein Unterricht statt. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Ersatzstunden oder Rückerstattung.
Krankheit der Lehrkraft
Sollte eine Lehrkraft erkranken, bemühen wir uns schnellstmöglich um eine Vertretung oder holen die ausgefallenen Stunden nach.
Haftungsausschluss
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, ist die Haftung von GLAIS für Personen- oder Sachschäden ausgeschlossen.
Haftung des Teilnehmers
Der Teilnehmer haftet für von ihm verursachte Schäden.
Online-Unterricht
Keine Haftung für technische Probleme, die im Verantwortungsbereich des Teilnehmers liegen (z. B. unzureichende Internetverbindung).
Bei technischen Störungen seitens GLAIS werden die betroffenen Stunden nach Möglichkeit zeitnah nachgeholt oder erstattet.
Die Buchung ist personengebunden und kann nicht an andere Personen übertragen werden, es sei denn, GLAIS stimmt einer Umbuchung schriftlich zu.
Hardware & Software
Der Teilnehmer stellt sicher, dass er über passende Geräte (PC, Laptop, Tablet) sowie eine stabile Internetverbindung verfügt.
Videoplattformen
Kurse werden z. B. via Zoom, Microsoft Teams o. Ä. durchgeführt. Bei Plattformausfällen bemühen wir uns um schnellstmögliche Alternativen.
Gerichtsstand
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, gilt der Sitz von GLAIS (Dubai, VAE) als Gerichtsstand.
Salvatorische Klausel
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

Einwilligung
Mit Buchung erklärt der Teilnehmer, diese zur Kenntnis genommen zu haben und in die beschriebene Verarbeitung – soweit erforderlich – einzuwilligen.
Teilnahmeberechtigung
Das Partnerprogramm ist für eingetragene Unternehmen und Influencer weltweit verfügbar, ohne geografische Einschränkungen.
Programmart
Wir bieten zwei Partnerprogramme an:
Reseller-Programm: Partner kaufen Produkte mit einem Rabatt von 10% bis 20%, je nach monatlichem Umsatz, und verkaufen diese weiter.
Rabatt-Programm: Partner teilen einen Rabattcode mit ihren Kunden. GLAIS verfolgt die Verkäufe, die mit diesem Code getätigt werden, und zahlt eine Provision von mindestens 10% des ursprünglichen Produktpreises.
Provision und Auszahlungen
Provisionszahlungen erfolgen monatlich und basieren auf den tatsächlichen Zahlungseingängen. Es werden keine Provisionen für unvollständige oder stornierte Käufe gezahlt. Den Partnern wird eine detaillierte Übersicht aller empfohlenen Kunden zur Verfügung gestellt, die sie bei Bedarf selbst überprüfen können.
Verantwortlichkeiten
Reseller-Programm: Partner bestimmen den Verkaufspreis, müssen jedoch die GLAIS-Richtlinien für den Weiterverkauf einhalten.
Rabatt-Programm: Partner dürfen nur die Marketingmaterialien verwenden, die von GLAIS zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Partner müssen immer GLAIS – The German Language Academy erwähnen, wenn sie Produkte bewerben. Die Nutzung unseres Namens und Logos erfordert eine vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung.
Beendigung
Sowohl GLAIS als auch der Partner können die Partnerschaft jederzeit und ohne Benennung eines Grundes mit sofortiger Wirkung kündigen. Alle offenen Provisionen werden nach der Kündigung ausgezahlt.
Provisionszahlungen
Provisionen werden monatlich ausgezahlt, basierend auf bestätigten und nicht stornierten Zahlungen. Bei Stornierungen oder Rückerstattungsanforderungen wird keine Provision gezahlt.
Transaktionsgebühren
Der Partner ist für alle Transaktionsgebühren verantwortlich, die von Banken oder Zahlungsdienstleistern erhoben werden. Der Partner hat auch die Möglichkeit, Guthaben bei GLAIS für zukünftige Käufe zu hinterlegen.
Steuern
Partner sind selbst für ihre steuerlichen Verpflichtungen in ihrem Land verantwortlich. GLAIS stellt Rechnungen gemäß den UAE-Steuervorschriften aus, bietet jedoch keine steuerliche Beratung an.
Marketingmaterialien
Rabatt-Programm: Partner dürfen nur die Materialien und Inhalte verwenden, die von GLAIS bereitgestellt werden.
Reseller-Programm: Partner können eigene Marketinginhalte erstellen, müssen sich jedoch als offiziellen Resellervon GLAIS ausweisen und das genehmigte Logo verwenden. Jede Nutzung von GLAIS-Marketingmaterialien muss vorher schriftlich von uns genehmigt werden.
Haftung
Partner sind voll verantwortlich für ihre Interaktionen mit den Kunden. GLAIS haftet nur für Probleme, die in unserem direkten Einflussbereich liegen, wie zum Beispiel Kursabsagen. Partner sind für alle Kundenansprüche im Zusammenhang mit dem Weiterverkauf von Produkten verantwortlich.
Für Partner im Rabatt-Programm wird die Provision von mindestens 10% des ursprünglichen Produktpreises für jeden Kauf gezahlt, der mit dem Rabattcode des Partners getätigt wird. Transaktionsgebühren sind vom Partner zu tragen, der Partner kann jedoch Guthaben bei GLAIS für zukünftige Käufe hinterlegen.
Jede Partei kann die Partnerschaft jederzeit mit sofortiger Wirkung kündigen. Alle offenen Provisionen werden nach der Kündigung ausgezahlt. Partner haben keinen Anspruch auf Provisionen für Verkäufe, die nach der Kündigung der Partnerschaft getätigt werden.
Die nachfolgenden Regelungen ergänzen die unter den Ziffern 1–12 dieser AGB bereits genannten Bestimmungen. Die allgemeinen AGB bleiben in vollem Umfang anwendbar; im Konfliktfall gehen diese Zusatzbedingungen vor.
Zweck der Maßnahme
Ziel der Kurse des Studienkollegs von GLAIS & Bonnlingua ist die Vorbereitung der Studenten auf die externe Feststellungsprüfung (FSP) der Bezirksregierung Köln. In den M-, T-, G-, S- und W-Kursen werden die Inhalte der relevanten Prüfungsfächer des jeweiligen Schwerpunkts gelehrt. Die Inhalte der Kurse richten sich nach den Bestimmungen der Bezirksregierung Köln. Es besteht ausschließlich das Unterrichtsangebot. Eine erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Feststellungsprüfung kann nicht garantiert werden.
Dauer der Maßnahmen
Die Dauer des gesamten Kurses beträgt in der Regel 38 Wochen. Der wöchentliche Kursumfang beträgt durchschnittlich 28 Unterrichtsstunden zu je 45 Minuten. Veränderungen durch äußere Einflüsse, wie z.B. Lehrkraftausfälle sind möglich. Der Gesamtumfang der Unterrichtseinheiten bleibt davon unberührt. Sind in dem Buchungszeitraum gesetzliche Feiertage und Rosenmontag enthalten, wird hierfür kein Ersatz als Zeitgutschrift gewährt.
Aufgaben des Studienkollegs
Das Studienkolleg GLAIS & Bonnlingua sorgt für eine gewissenhafte Durchführung der Maßnahme und sorgt dafür,
– dass der Lehrplan eingehalten wird und für adäquate Vertretung gesorgt wird, falls eine Lehrkraft ausfällt. Der Lernerfolg kann nicht garantiert werden.
– die notwendige Ausstattung und Räumlichkeit zur Durchführung der Maßnahmen bereitzustellen.
– den Teilnehmern Lernmaterial zur Verfügung zu stellen, die zur Durchführung der Maßnahme erforderlich sind. Nicht enthalten sind Anschaffungskosten von Büchern.
Pflichten des Kursteilnehmers
Die Teilnehmerin/der Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich, regelmäßig am Unterricht teilzunehmen und sich ständig zu bemühen, die erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten anzueignen sowie die ihr/ihm übertragenen Aufgaben gewissenhaft zu erfüllen und an ihrem /seinem individuellen Erfolg mitzuwirken.
Zulassungsvoraussetzungen
Folgenden Zusatzdokumenten müssen eingereicht werden:
– Nachweis von Deutschkenntnissen auf Sprachniveau telc B2
– Passkopie
– Kopie des Sekundarschulabschlusses (Abitur) in beglaubigter Übersetzung
– Lebenslauf
Nur komplett eingereichte Anmeldungen mit vollständigen Zusatzunterlagen können akzeptiert werden. Über die Zulassung zur externen Feststellungsprüfung (FSP) entscheidet die zuständige Behörde. Das Sprachinstitut von Bonnlingua übernimmt daher keine Gewährleistung für die Zulassung zur externen Feststellungsprüfung. Die Pflicht zur rechtzeitigen Anmeldung zur FSP obliegt einzig dem Kursteilnehmer. Einige Behörden verlangen von Bewerbern für die externe Feststellungsprüfung weiterführende Qualifikationsnachweise, die im Verlauf des Studienkollegjahres erbracht werden müssen. Für die Erbringung dieser Qualifikationsnachweise ist einzig der Kursteilnehmer verantwortlich. Kursabbruch/Stornierung
Stornierungen sind nur in schriftlicher Form möglich. Dokumente, wie z.B. ein Ablehnungsbescheid der Deutschen Botschaft, können zusätzlich verlangt werden. Auf Stornierungen, die vier Wochen vor Kursbeginn oder früher eingereicht werden, erheben wir eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 650,00 $.
Sollte die Stornierung später als vier Wochen vor Kursbeginn erfolgen oder nach Beginn des Kurses, so ist keine Rückerstattung möglich.
Exmatrikulation nach Fehlverhalten
Sollte der Kursteilnehmer gegen deutsche Gesetze verstoßen oder einen untragbaren Bruch mit den gemeinhin geltenden ethischen Verhaltensnormen begehen, so behält sich die Firma GLAIS & das Sprachinstitut Bonnlingua vor, den Vertrag aufzuheben und den Vertragspartner vom Kursprogramm auszuschließen.
-Verbreitung diskriminierenden oder radikalen Gedankenguts
-Gewaltandrohung oder Gewaltausübung gegenüber anderen oder Institutseigentum
-(mehrfache) Störung von Veranstaltungen am Studienkolleg
Sollte der Kursteilnehmer zu spät zum Unterricht erscheinen, so gilt ausschließlich die begonnene Unterrichtseinheit (45 Minuten) als verpasst.
Nichtbezahlung der Studiengebühren:
Sollten die Studiengebühren nach Vereinbarung nicht gezahlt worden sein, so behält sich GLAIS LLC & das Sprachinstitut Bonnlingua die Einforderung durch zwei Mahnstufen vor, die jeweils einen zweiwöchigen Zahlungskorridor beinhalten. Sollten die Kursgebühren nach Verstreichen dieser Frist unbezahlt bleiben, so behält sich das Sprachinstitut Bonnlingua rechtliche Schritte vor, was zu erheblichen Mehrkosten für den Vertragspartner führen kann.
Widerrufsbelehrung
Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses. Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (GLAIS Language Training LLC info@glais-edu.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden. Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Etwaige Bankgebühren sind von Ihnen zu entrichten.
Dieser Vertrag ist wirksam nach Recht der Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten und ist für beide Parteien nach abgeschlossener Buchung bindend.

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieses Vertrages unwirksam oder undurchführbar sein oder nach Vertragsschluss unwirksam oder undurchführbar werden, bleibt davon die Wirksamkeit des Vertrages im Übrigen unberührt.

The exam process may vary slightly by test center but generally follows this structure: Before entering the exam room, students’ IDs are thoroughly checked. They then gather in a classroom and must surrender all electronic devices. Seats are arranged with minimum spacing, and an invigilator monitors the exam. Tests are distributed, the time is tracked, and after completion, the invigilator collects the exams.
